Missing Handle
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.The dishwasher works fine. The space inside is great. But it was delivered without the handle from Best Buy’s delivery. I also think it was installed slightly crooked, the left side sticks out more than the right. Have had terrible luck with my whirlpool appliances everything has had something wrong with it. I would recommend the product but very disappointed with Best Buy delivery and installation.

Whirlpool Part Numbers and Install Video Link
||Posted .Best Buy NEEDS TO OFFER Genuine Whirlpool Parts. I picked up this dishwasher at a not too far away (30 miles) Best Buy. I wanted this specific model due to C.R. reviews. If you choose this model, you will also need these Whirlpool Parts (not offered at Best Buy): W10278635RP (Hose Fill with 90 degree adapter) or Adapter Only W10685193; Wire Strain Relief or a new power cord W11365014 (right angle) or W11365011 (straight) that will include the strain Relief Whirlpool Part Number 4396672. Best Buy offers professional installation, but if you want the genuine Whirlpool Parts, source them elsewhere. Whirlpool has an excellent installation video at http://www.kaltura.com/tiny/ro00v After watching the 38 minute video, you may decide the install services are the way to go. I have changed out several parts on the dishwasher this new unit is replacing (12 year old Whirlpool). Last leak not completely fixed, decided for a replacement.

Excellent Choice
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This is the 3rd dishwasher in 3 months. After two Samsungs that didn’t work, I paid extra to get this Whirlpool and am happy. It’s very quiet, washes and rinses well, and the 3rd rack turns out to be useful. The other dishwashers had a 3rd rack but it was a shallow flat rack good only for utensils. Whirlpool’s rack has a dip in it so that bowls and plastic containers can be washed there. Happy I bought American.

The next day when I unload, silver ware is still wet & the above racks still have water on them & drips down on dishes below. Still have to dry a lot of items. Maybe a faulty problem some where. That reason for no rating.

- A:Answer Hi Fgomes, the WDT970SAKZ model has a larger interior, adjustable 2nd and 3rd racks and heated with fan dry. It will hold 15 place settings where the WDT750SAKZ will only hold 13 and doesn't have the fan-assisted heat dry. We hope this helps!
