||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Dishwasher works great. Quiet, and excellent cleaning. Best Buy installation was terrible. They saw that the unit had a plug attached, so plugged it into our disposal outlet under the sink instead of using the existing wires from our old dishwasher connection to hardwire the thing. A glance of the installation instructions would have revealed this. Contacted installer to come back and rewire. No reply. Contacted Best Buy. Promised a same day callback. 48 hours later, no callback. Good machine. Terrible service and installation.

||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.The dishwasher is a no frills dishwasher. But it does an excellent job at cleaning dishes. It loses 1 star because after each load the tub always has beads of wetness inside the drum. And it is a little bit smaller than our last dishwasher. Would I purchase again? Yes, because the cleaning is excellent!

Q: QuestionI have this dishwasher and have the same problem with having to towel dry my dishes. Where do I put the rinse aid? I have looked in the book & it says to add rinse aid but it doesn’t say where to put it. Can someone please help?

- A:Answer The rinse aid dispenser is located on the door next to the detergent dispenser. You will need to turn the circle until the cap comes off and then add your rinse aid. Once the indicator shows full, you will want to replace the cap. We hope this helps!

- A:Answer Hi Gail, for best drying performance we do recommend using a rinse aid like Jet Dry. If you are currently using a rinse aid, you may need to consult your Use and Care Guide to make adjustment to your dispenser to increase the amount released.

Q: QuestionMy dishes don’t seem to be getting clean there’s always spots on them what is the best temperature to use when cleaning heavy dishes I put it on heavy/normal wash 1 hour, Heat dry /Hight temp. Still has a film on them ? Even use jet dry ? Thank you Rob

- A:Answer Hello Mack, For best results, the water should be 120°F as it enters the dishwasher. Loads may not wash as well if the water temperature is too low. Water that is too hot can make some soils harder to remove and cause certain detergent ingredients to not function. We hope this works out for you.
