Q: QuestionCan this Annual HiFi Family plan be cancelled any time during the annual period? I understand I'll still have access until the year is over, but what if I don't want it to auto-renew? Also, if I cancel once, can I reinstate this plan later?

- A:Answer You can cancel. Best Buy notifies you when it’s coming up for renewal. If you cancel you can reinstate through Tidal at their current rate. To get the Best Buy price again you have to create a new account.

- A:Answer “Current subscription” is defined by the email address used to sign up. Any new email address can sign up for a new subscription with this service (billed annually, paid up front). Your other subscription is probably billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. To save your existing Tidal library, you can export it to Soundiiz or a similar service for $4-$5 and then cancel that service when you are done importing it to your new Tidal library. The Tidal family plan allows you to have multiple accounts associated with multiple email addresses which can stream music at the same time.

- A:Answer I am not sure. Try asking Tidal customer service. If I had to guess I would say that location does not matter since you are only signing up with an email address.
