Q: QuestionDoes this come in a women's model
Asked by Kirby.
- A:Answer The VOLT is unisex and is best fit for riders 5'10" and up. If you are interested in a shorter-frame model take a look at the FLEET. It's best for riders 5'4" and up, not to mention it's super cute and has a crazy powerful motor. Please let us know if you have any other questions! We're here to help.

Q: QuestionHi, I am 5'6, can I still use this bike even it is designed for 5'10 people? Also, what the weight of this bike?
Asked by avogato.
- A:Answer Hey there! Although it may be possible for you to ride the VOLT at 5'6", it may be uncomfortable because of the standover height of the bike frame. The standover height of the frame bar measures 32.5" from the ground, which is the point where you would straddle your frame at a stop. We recommend you check out our FLEET, which is a cruiser-style that would be a better fit for your height. We are continually adjusting our product and evolving our frame sizes for a more comfortable fit for our riders.

Q: QuestionCan you remove the battery from the frame and charge it separately or replace it if necessary?
Asked by Olamide.
- A:Answer Hey there! Your VOLT battery is built-in and therefore cannot be removed. If you experience any issues with your battery please let us know, and don't forget to register your ride on our website here: https://rideswft.com/pages/warranty-registration.

Q: QuestionBack tire has blown -- the tire size says 700X28/32 but there are different size valve stems . What size valve stem does this ebike require?
Asked by Lisa.
- A:Answer Hey Lisa, Thanks for reaching out. The VOLT uses inner tubes with Schrader valves which have a standard 8mm diameter. For more information, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@rideswft.com and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. Happy holidays!

Q: QuestionIs the 32mile range on the lowest assist level? Can an additional charger be purchased?
Asked by Curious.
- A:Answer Most likely it is on the lowest pedal assist level. Since the bike is 36v 10ah, that means it has 360 watt hours. An average ebike rider uses about 15 watts hours per mile with pedal assist at 3-5 (or since this bike only has 3 steps, 2-3). 360/15 = 24 miles using the 2 or 3 setting (which is 70% to 100%). Setting it to 1 would only use 20%, so you would use less watt hours per mile and that seems to be the circumstance where you can get up to 32 miles (using about 11.25 watt hours per mile). For more information on how this works, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tluh8a9fTnQ. I don't believe an additional battery can be purchased since everything is integrated into the frame.

Q: QuestionWhat is the standover height for this bike, distance from the ground to the top tube? I see from another question that the frame size is a 58cm. This is helpful, except that actual standover height is also dependent on overall frame geometry.
Asked by Chris.
- A:Answer Hello! Thanks for reaching out! The VOLT's standover height of the frame measures 32.5" from the ground. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Q: QuestionWill it go uphill? Does it charge itself when pedaling?
Asked by NoName.
- A:Answer You can absolutely ride the VOLT uphill! The bike does not recharge itself while pedaling, however you can ride 32 miles on just a single charge. We recommend fully charging the battery before use.

Q: QuestionAre the handlebars adjustable for taller riders? Unfortunately, Best Buy told me there is a 15% restock fee once the box is opened and no local stores have the bike on display. Makes buying and assembling the bike a $100+ gamble for a 6'4 customer...
Asked by George.
- A:Answer The handlebars are not adjustable. This bike will be very hard on the back of a tall person. I would reccomend you return it and shop for a different bike. Not worth risking the ridiculous restock fee that best buy is charging.
