A leg broke off! cheaply made
||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Haven’t even had the item three months and only got to use it twice. I tried to bend the legs back straight and one of the leg broke off. What a waste!

Nice versatile tripod
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Nice little tri pod, it was easy to set up &can use it with my go pro or 360 camera or any other digital camera with a hole for a mount screw. Although its not always the sturdiness with a little work on its position it does great! &for the price you can't beat it!

||Posted .Holds the web cam perfectly. The flexibility of just wrapping it around a pole is a nice feature but it is also a decent tri pod you can set on a desk as well.

- A:Answer I do not recommend this tripod for a Canon EOS Rebel T7. The tripod is only rated for 1.1 lbs. The Canon EOS Rebel T7 is 1.7 lbs. I just tried my Nikon D7000 with a 18-200 lens and I can use this tripod in certain configurations, but really is not meant to support that kind of weight. In most configurations, the camera weight will overcome the friction of any of the joints and may cause the camera to crash down.

Q: QuestionWill this hold a smartphone, or only screw mount for cameras?

- A:Answer You have to buy a cell phone attachment to screw on. I don't like this tripod. It doesnt wrap around objects well. It doesn't stand up either. Not sure what you are using it for, but I would invest in a tall tripod instead or look for a different brand.

- A:Answer This should work just fine for the Canon G7X. The Canon G7X looks like it has a mounting screw hole which fits this tripod. This tripod is also rated for 1.1 lbs, and the G7X looks to be just over 1/2 lbs.

- A:Answer I would not trust this tripod with ANY camera. It is very flimsy. The design of the joints in the legs is defective at best.
