GS7 to GS21 FE
||Posted .This is the first phone I have purchased since 2016 when I got my Galaxy G7. I have now had this phone for a little about 24 hours. It took about 1-2 hours to get use to the functionality AND the amount of settings. However it was well worth the time. I deleted everything that I could that came with the phone and then preceded to download the 20+ apps the I used on the G7. (I wanted to do a fresh install). Once completed I easily organized my apps and locked the screen. Everything I tried to do after learning/experimenting for those first few hours was second nature. I am extremely happy with this phone (so far)

While I am not too tech savvy, it is easy to operate for my needs and has a lot more storage than the old one, allowing me to do a lot more. The BestBuy sales-tech rep, Dan, did a great job transfering everything, from the old phone and explaining the operation of the new one.

Had looked at this phone several weeks back and was ready when I had to replace mine. The new phone is lighter, and lightening fast compared to what I had. I am really enjoying this phone. Have to get familiar with a lot of the newer features, but am very happy with this purchase.

Works well and a good value, but has a drawback.

- A:Answer Mine came with a sim card but i think it will depend on if u buy contract or unlocked.. i got my phone activated with verizon and when i recived it, it was as simple as turning the phone on. Sim installed and phone was set up except exporting from my old device.
