QuestionI'm inquiring about the Toshiba - 43" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV - Can you please tell me how many GBs of storage this tv has? Also, which built-in apps are on it? And can you add additional outside storage to it? Thank you! ~ Ruth W.
- Answer We just came back from buying one and I asked the sales guy the same thing. He actually had to look at the internal system, then told us 11g. It also has a the ability to put more memory (flash drive?) in it. No other Fire tv in the store had that much storage. They seem to have 4g as opposed to 8g two yrs ago.

QuestionDo you need to have an Amazon Fire product to operate this TV?
- Answer You only need to register for Amazon acct online. It doesnt mean you have to buy anything tho. Its easy to do and does not require a credit card to do that. Its nice because they holds all your apps and if you ever need to do a reset, or change to a different Fire tv, your stuff will upload as it was before. Amazon is where your apps free or paid will come from so its kind of important to do that first from your computer or phone. I like the Amazon App on my android phone from Google Play.
QuestionToshiba 43C350KU -- when turning on tv, it defaults to home screen, which shows all the apps and inputs. Any way to have the TV automatically go to the last input/app used? Can you hide inputs not used? Only have a setup guide with tv and no manual.
- Answer The other TV HDMI/AVI inputs can be found/changed via the remote settings button. Scroll down to inputs and select the one you want. But, don't look for them on the "home screen" settings, as this basically changes or adds to your apps only.
QuestionI just bought this to replace an older 4K Toshiba that had a black screen issue. Hoever I cannot get this stupid thing to play cable tv in 4K, all the HDMI ports come throgh as 1080p, and there is ZERO way to change it via the menu or settings. ??W HELP!
- Answer You have to give the tv a 4k signal through a streaming device, cable box, gaming system, satellite, Youtube or Fios.

- Answer yes it has HBO max - fire tv also has lots and lots of apps
QuestionDoes it have built in wifi?
- Answer Yes just like the firestick......if you have a fire stick and a tv imagine the two of them being combined on one remote half tv half firestick. and if you download the free tv apps pluto imdb xumo etc their channels are added to live tv guide line up on the firestick and just change from channel to channel without going to each app individually.

- Answer Not sure but seeing its a fire tv powered by Amazon chances are their internal software probably wont letyou down load a competitors browser...i have and android tv and i can use google play on that

- Answer Fire TV is just the background software by Amazon, kinda like windows for PC, yes I use my Bluetooth headset with this tv, wired headset possibly through a USB, does not have the little round plugin for headset

QuestionI just bought this TV. There is a red light at the bottom thar stays on constantly. Is there a setting to turn off the light so we won't have to see it if the TV is on or off?

- Answer When I bought it, all fire devices could only mirror android and windows devices but they just added capability for Apple Air Play. It works smoothly too. Hope this helped!
