QuestionI carry a work phone and personal cell phone. Can these headphones connect to 2 devices at the same time?
- Answer Hello Taker84- Our intention is still to add Multipoint to the 7-series. We are working to bring this feature into this more sleek and advanced form factor and for this reason, we experience some delays. We plan to bring this update the market very soon.

QuestionCan these work with a Sony Bravia tv ?
- Answer Hello Vinnie - While some users may be able to connect to an unsupported device such as a TV, the Jabra Elite 7 Pro is not intended for use with a TV so you may not experience the full functionality of the headset.
QuestionDo these have a mute button for the mic while on phone calls? (So you can leave phone in pocket and not grab it when going on/off mute in meetings while out and about)

QuestionHow to find my fit to check the fit
- Answer If I’m understanding your question well you will need the Jabra Sound App. If you do, then tap the “circle thing” on the top right corner on the home page of the app. Then go to “Personalize Your Headset”. This will carry you to another page. Next, click on “MyFit” (which is the second one listed). Finally this will show you a page where there will be a yellow bar with a Play Sign on it. Click that and you should be set. This is the best way that I can explain this. I hope it helps. God bless!
QuestionWhen switching modes from ANC to hearthrough, do the headphones announce it with a voice or a tone? Is it possible to change it to a tone if the default is a voice?
- Answer You can actually choose either tone or voice guidance. But you will need the Jabra Sound+ app. If you have it, go to “Headset Settings”. Then, it will take you to a page where it will say “Headset Configuration”. Finally go to “Headset Feedback” when you scroll down a little bit. It’s basically the third one down. After you’re there, you will have three options: “Voice Guidance”, second “Tone Guidance”, and the last one will be “No Guidance”. I hope this helps. God bless!
QuestionIs multipoint enabled yet?
- Answer If I’m understanding your question well enough, Multi-Point actually has been included with this headset, but you MUST download the Jabra Sound+ app. Then, when you download it, you might have to do a firmware update. The most recent firmware update allows Multi-Point. The app should automatically ask you to do a firmware update. If you agree, at first, you will have to keep your earbuds outside the case. When that is done, the app will ask you to place the earbuds in the case. From there, close the lid, and then a purple light will show on the case. This means that the firmware is updating. Do not open the case until the purple light quits flashing. Wait about 15 second when it fully stops then you can open the case and multipoint should be on them. Note: when the light is purple during the firmware update, it could last 15-20 minutes, so you may have to be a little patient. I hope this helps. God bless.

QuestionElite 85T or Elite 7 Pro? Calls and ANC aren't important. I just need bass heavy sound for music. So which one is bass heavy and better? Is 85T better because of big drivers?
- Answer If you want my honest to God answer, the 75ts surprisingly have the best bass. Currently those are getting harder to find. I still have mine. But this is just my opinion. I hope this helps. God bless!
QuestionIs the Elite 7 Pro "vented" like the AirPod Pro and 85t? I returned the 75t becasue I didn't like the plugged ear feeling.
- Answer I don't think they are. I like them to feel "sucked" to my ear hole and they do a decent job of doing this.
Questionis the standard case capable of wireless charging?
- Answer From what I’ve experienced, yes, the charge wirelessly. Every time I place the earbuds in the case it gives the earbuds more power, but it subtract from the case. So every once in a while you have to charge the case using the Usb cord. I hope this helps. God bless
