Frustrating- It took too long to redeem.
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.When I tried to redeem it following the instruction, the number provided with the email was no longer use for redeeming card. Then they referred me to another number which is in Spanish and I can't get my card redeemed. Then after calling customer service, they tried to redeem the code to my account and they failed. After 15 minutes of hanging, they said it would take 24-48 hour to redeem the code as this code has 10 digit number. Fortunately after 48 hours it waiting, it added to my account and I believe I will try not to make this mistake again.

Recharge Number not valid

Difficulty in recharge
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Faced the difficulty while doing recharge. The number mentioned to recharge 626 was constantly giving me message - Account isnt active. Customer Care was always have their technical issue while trying to contact them. Finally done the recharge using my other phone.

- A:Answer This is not a SIM card, it is just a pin number that is sent by email to recharge your alrready activated SIM card for 1 month. This has no activation cost as you must have a SIM card already activated. I purchased the sim card at another e-commerce site and there was no activation fee, and the sim card was free when I purchased the first month's plan. Activation is done online on Lycamobile's website. I have a Samsung S8, Lycamobile uses the T-Mobile network. However, this recharge pin did not work, I tried it many times myself and through the Lycamobile support line and it did not work, finally Lycamobile said that the pin is expired and I have to claim the seller to request a refund. Don't waste time with this.
