Open box for electronics maybe not
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I brought this product open box trusting the policy & integrity of best buy. As soon as I took it out of the box although there was plastic over it you could still see the prints of it being handled. I attempted to set up my google acct and the screen kept freezing and it did this through the who process of setting it up.

I'm able to check my emails, play a few games from the Google Play Store, browse the web; and look at Movies/TV shows. So far I am happy with my purchase.

||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.At first I thought I would have to bring it back. I love the smaller size, however I was used to using the number pad on the side. I was having issues with the computer locking up (no ctrl, alt, delete) to use. Therefore, I had to shut the computer off. I've learned that I open certain website in "Incognito" mode and they work fine. My gmail sometimes does the "Aw snap" screen but I refresh and it helps.

The start up of laptop to home screen is quick & smooth. It took a little time to get used to using Google software programs since, I'm used to Microsoft PC products.

Perfect for basic tasks

He currently uses it for watching videos and some school work. The color is so nice and there hasnt been any issue with the touchscreen. A great upgrade from his hand me down.
