Q: QuestionGot this today. Fully charged the battery. After just few minutes of running on carpet the bottom white light turned off and the suction was not that much. The supplied manual is pretty much useless for troubleshooting. What could be wrong?

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between this model and the onepwr Blade model? I realize the battery is stronger, but is there a difference in suction power?

- A:Answer Hello LadyA, In terms of suction, you will receive the same amount from both units. The major difference is that the base Blade model will provide 26 mins of continuous fade-free run time, while the Blade Max will receive 45 mins of continuous fade-free run time. Thank you! Q: QuestionHave you used it on carpets yet? How easy is it to empty? Do you have to hold the trigger down while vacuuming?

- A:Answer Great on carpets and wood floors. Very easy to empty, just press the button on the side and whalla!! it dumps the dirt out into the trash. And there is not a trigger on this model it has a push button which I totally love!!
