Cricut instructions in the box would be a dream.
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.First, I like it. So far I haven't done much with it, because I've only had it a short time and am still learning how to use. Now that being said and this is nothing to do with Best Buy, this is pure Cricut. There aren't instructions of any sort with this machine. Nothing to tell you what button does what. Hours were spent, first hooking up to one computer and not being able to communicate to even turn it on. Then tried another cable, just in case. Nothing. Then a second computer and trying both the cable that came with machine, then additional cable. Then tried Ipad Pro. Nothing, wireless would work. Finally gave up and called for help. I hate calling for help. Give me a Chat. Give me a Website that is not signing me up for design tools and trying to sell me materials etc. After calling for help, learned what buttons were for and learned the machine needed a hard reboot apparently straight from box. Again Cricut, it would be nice to include something in the box to tell you these things. Or give you an instructional website. All of that and we finally were able to use the machine! First little test image was anticlimactic after hours spent just trying to connect the thing, but...heh. Now water under the bridge. Whew!

A small amount of effort now saves you a lot later
||Posted .Owned for 6 months when reviewed. My sister loves this thing. It has greatly enabled her to exercise her creativity while limiting some of the highest precision and tedious grunt work of her creative crafts. She loves making plushies and engaging in others sewing projects most of which require cutting out large amounts of intricate patterns that is both time-consuming and incredibly error prone. This device simplifies all of that and produces better more consistent results faster. My only regret is that I didn't go for a higher tier model for fear that she wouldn't be willing to learn how to use it. That's not to say that it's an incredibly difficult device to use but some people are reluctant to adapt to new technology

Creativity unleashed
||Posted .Owned for 3 months when reviewed.Bought this for my wife as a Christmas present but the rest of the family has used it so much as well. It's fun being able to create something from a template or something brand new - my wife was able to make a baseball-themed onesie for our nephew and it looked store-bought! She made flag cutouts, #1 handprint, a baseball diamond all using the Cricut, it turned out amazing! - it I've made several acrylic engravings and use them with LED light bases for a nightlight for my youngest son and even engraved on leather for a wallet! I really love using this and so does my family and kids!

For artists and design professionals
||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Received quickly in perfect condition. I love this tool—as an artist and design professional, I’ve enjoyed using this tool to prototype packaging designs and automate paper cutting projects. I also use it to make viable and sticker labels and signage.

Crafters best friend
||Posted .Owned for 5 months when reviewed.Cuts quickly and efficiently. The smart vinyl is useful on large projects. Quality of machine matches previous generations. Highly recommend. Only con is the scoring pen cannot be used in the holder as it will shoot out when in use. The scoring tool needs to be purchased and used instead.

It’s more than a cutting machine
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. The Cricut itself is awesome. Ready make products are easy enough. Design Space itself as a software package that supports the Cricut requirements is sometimes difficult to navigate and does require reading and tutorials. There is plenty online instruction but all not consistent. Customizable projects require some experience. Not everything is free. You can subscribe to Cricut’s program per month or annually. Supplies, tools and blades are extra. Look for deals.
