COVID-19 protocols.

In order to keep our employees safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have instituted new policies for device repairs and warranty returns:

  • Effective immediately, when you have a device that needs replacement, please call the Commercial Care Team at 1-800-576-1779. Please have the MAC ID of the device you would like to replace.
  • You will be not be asked to return devices for repair or warranty replacement.
  • The Care Team will note the MAC ID of the device, permanently remove it from service, and order a new device to be shipped to you.
  • Once a device has been tagged for replacement, it can never be placed back in service.
