How will I know when my Best Buy Totaltech™ membership has started?

Total Tech Support will transition to the new Best Buy Totaltech™ membership in October, at which point you will receive a welcome email detailing your new membership.

I'm currently a Total Tech Support Plus member. Will my benefits continue with my Best Buy Totaltech™ membership?

Best Buy Totaltech™ members who were previously Total Tech Support Plus members will continue to receive benefits such as Remote Monitoring and Management Solutions as long as their membership remains active.

I currently have a second residence Total Tech Support membership. Will I continue to receive these benefits with my Best Buy Totaltech™ membership?

Best Buy Totaltech™ members who previously had a second residence Total Tech Support membership will continue to receive these benefits as long as their membership remain active.

  • A Best Buy Totaltech™ membership is subject to complete Terms and Conditions. A My Best Buy® account is required, subject to the My Best Buy Program Terms. This membership renews automatically each year and your chosen card will be charged on your yearly renewal date unless you cancel before then by calling 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) or via your BestBuy.com account. We will send you advance notice of membership renewal to the email address you provide, including notice of any price changes.
